About the project
Design aim was to re-write legacy application in to new web based application as a big picture. While re-writing the existing application in specific use-case if there is an opportunity to enhance or a problem to fix those were addressed too. In this project my role was a Consultant Product Designer involved from gathering requirements to delivery and implementation phase of the particular task flow and dotnet gaps.

UX Solution - One example
The Problem - In one of the use-case where the data were represented in grid as it is used by Advisor. The grid takes around 01-02 mins to load all the data in existing application. If it is beyond 10,000 grid rows it takes even more at some specific use case.
The proposed solution was Auto- Loading/ Lazy loading from Frontend upon every scroll "X" number of grid data gets loaded and displayed. This batch by batch way of loading reduced the waiting time from 01 min to less than 08 seconds at every batch.
